Have you tried the Tag Database Tool? It seems to do much the same thing, but be open source and free. I have started using it, but haven't gotten fully used to it yet. I'll report more in a few weeks.[/url]

I had not seen that Tag Editor, looks like its worth checking out and the free beats 25 bucks anyday. I was drawn towards irivium's playlist features mainly, seems like this has something simliar.
