did you know that when you search for chris boylan on google, at least as of today, the first result is chrisboylan.com, but it's listed as

Boylan, Chris

It has been a battle. I've been aware of it for some time. You can check my blog archives for past discussions on the topic.

I've been top five for awhile, but after switching to Mambo, I'm number 1. I think it just has a better keyword density.

Actually that has nothing to do with it. I submitted my site to DMOZ, and it got accepted, which is huge in the search world. It's one of the most trusted links on the internet. It took them like six months to accept it, but they did.

P.S. I am seventh for "boylan" as well.

it also happens when i syndicate your site. for example: in bloglines, the title of your site is "powered by mambo" whereas amber's is "ambers rambles."

Too bad I can't get the "Remember Me" part of the login to work.

If you see any other problems, please tell me. i want to chage them, I just haven't gotten there yet. My main focus is on the other site I am working on which needs to be ready in a few days.
